How the existing project enquiry forms, optional subscription and external contact links handle the information you choose to provide.
Your information and enquiries
Enquiry, appointment and feedback forms collect the details shown beside their fields, such as your name, contact information, location, preferences and message. Subscription collects a name, if supplied, and email address.
Purpose and access
Submissions use FarmStay’s existing project enquiry service for administration and assigned follow-up. Reviews use the existing moderation process. The Official Marketing Partner designation does not establish Tralionex’s access to personal data; ask the project team to confirm any partner access and recipient authority before sending sensitive information.
Optional project updates
Subscribing is a separate, optional action. Ordinary enquiries and visit requests do not sign you up through this website’s subscription form. Contact the project team to ask about access to your information, corrections or removal from project updates.
Browser storage and external services
The existing team login uses browser storage for its session information. The public enquiry pages do not store your form entries in browser storage. Links to WhatsApp, maps and Tralionex open external services with their own privacy information.
Questions before sharing
The operating entity, retention arrangements and any further recipients have not been independently confirmed for publication. Ask the project team for the applicable privacy policy and recipient details. Do not submit identity documents, banking information or payment proofs through an initial enquiry form.
