Who is the official marketing partner?
Tralionex is the Official Marketing Partner for Lahore Organic Farm Houses, Phase II. Visit https://tralionex.pk/ for information about the partner.
Where is the project located?
The project is presented on Barki Road, Lahore. The supplied location diagram is schematic. Request a confirmed site entrance and route before travelling. References to nearby DHA areas do not establish DHA affiliation or approval.
Who are the project sponsors?
Bak Estate and Yasir Brothers are presented as project sponsors. Request their exact legal identities, project authority, contracting entity and authorised signatories before commitment.
What plot sizes and counts are published?
The supplied plan lists 40 two-Kanal, 145 four-Kanal and 98 eight-Kanal plots, totalling 283. These counts are not live availability. The category areas total 1,444 Kanal, compared with 1,567.27 Kanal in the farmhouse land-use schedule; the 123.27 Kanal difference awaits reconciliation.
What do the plots cost, and are instalments available?
The supplied rate is PKR 9 million per Kanal: PKR 18 million for 2 Kanal, PKR 36 million for 4 Kanal and PKR 72 million for 8 Kanal. The published plan is 25% booking, 40% in ten monthly instalments and 35% in two six-monthly instalments. Confirm validity and additional charges in a signed schedule.
How do I confirm current plot availability?
Request a current sponsor-approved inventory with a timestamp and written confirmation of the plot number, size, price and status. A plot appearing in the master plan does not establish availability or reservation.
Is the project approved, and which documents should I request?
Approval, title and development authority have not been independently established on this website. Request current land records, relevant identifiers, sponsor authority, applicable approval authority and references, signed layout, inventory, price list and booking terms. Missing documents alone do not establish illegality.
Can I visit before making a decision?
Request a guided site visit through the appointment form. Confirm the date, time, meeting point, route and representative before travelling. An appointment request requires confirmation.
Can overseas buyers request a video visit?
Yes. Use the existing appointment form and choose Video appointment. Include your time zone and preferred time in the notes, and request written follow-up and current project records.
When will possession and amenities be available?
A verified possession date and completion status have not been published here. Facilities are described as planned or sponsor-supplied. Request written commitments, dated progress evidence and current utility information.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
These depend on the written policy and your signed documents. Request deductions, timeframes, default provisions and transfer conditions before payment. No refund promise is made by this website or the marketing designation.
Are returns, resale or investment security guaranteed?
No. This website does not guarantee returns, resale, liquidity or investment security. Use current evidence, independent advice and written terms to assess the risks.
Can Tralionex accept payments or issue allotments?
The Official Marketing Partner designation supports marketing and enquiry coordination. It does not establish payment collection, allotment, refund or sponsor-binding powers. Verify the relevant written authority and official payment instructions independently.
